"Art sells real estate, and real estate sells art."
A’mya Matthews is an art dealer and Virginian-raised realtor who seamlessly bridges both industries. With over five years of real estate experience, she founded soldbyminya, a consulting agency specializing in commercial and investment properties while also representing artists and curating their work for strategic placements. Matthews has worked with Brazilian-based artist Maria Tecidio and focuses on securing gallery placements and international acquisitions for collectors.
In addition to artist representation, soldbyminya highlights global artists through digital storytelling and interviews. Matthews has interviewed artists like Karen Blair for social media, sharing their creative journeys and expanding their reach to international audiences. Her work continues to bridge the gap between real estate and the art market, shaping dynamic spaces where both industries thrive.
"The intersection of art and real estate continues to evolve, and my work as both an art dealer and real estate agent reflects this ever-growing synergy." – SOLDBYMINYA
